
HBO's award winning series In Treatment returns for a third and final season to Sky Atlantic from Saturday 12 November. award-winning HBO series In Treatment will return to Sky Atlantic HD for its third and final season.
This season, Dr Paul Weston (Gabriel Byrne, The Usual Suspects) continues to struggle with the aftermath of his divorce, while facing new emotional and physical challenges – including hand tremors that he fears might be the onset of Parkinson’s Disease, which killed his father.
Meanwhile, he takes on three challenging new patients and turns to a new therapist of his own. Once again based in Paul’s Brooklyn apartment, In Treatment will this season consist of four episodes each week. Paul’s week is scheduled as follows:
Monday: Irrfan Khan (The Amazing Spiderman) plays the deeply depressed Sunil, who after his wife’s death immigrated to the US to live with his son and daughter in law.
Tuesday: Three-time Academy Award® nominee Debra Winger(Shadowlands) is Frances, an aging stage and screen actress who is having trouble memorising her lines for a major Broadway role.

Wednesday: Dane DeHaan (True Blood) plays Jesse, a gay 16-year old living with his adoptive parents who he harbours a lot of aggression towards. He has recently been contacted by his birth mother.
Friday: Academy Award® nominee Amy Ryan (The Office US, The Wire) plays psychoanalyst, Adele. Paul initially visits her so she can prescribe him sleep medication, but he finds himself going back to chat about the several problems in his life.
In Treatment Season 3 will air on Sky Atlantic HD and Sky Atlantic in double bills every Saturday and Sunday from 12 November, 2011.
